Upon registration and deposit, you will receive an email for the data to complete for each Traveler. Your registration will then be completed and you will receive a travel itinerary with the information.
Payment is structured as follows:
One-time non-refundable $200.00 USD deposit
Three installment payments due as follows:
Installment 1 - April 20
Installment 2 - May 10
Installment 3 - May 20

- Airfare is economy class
- Airfare times are not available for selection and a designated flight will be chosen for departure and return
- Cancellations not allowed
- Changes not allowed. You may incur a penalty fee for each flight for additional itinerary changes.
- Seats are not available for selection. You may contact the airline directly to arrange for seats.
- Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Name changes are not allowed.
- Prices may not include baggage fees or other fees charged directly by the airline.
- Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person.
- Hotel Changes not allowed. You will be required to provide a valid credit card upon check in for incidental charges that are not included in the package.
- Hotel Reservations are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Name changes are not allowed.
- Hotel rooms are standard base rooms. You may request and pay directly from the hotel for any room upgrades.
- Package cost includes resort fee.
- No refunds or changes for any missed flights.
- Beverages and Food not included in travel package.
